How do I register for a Professional Development course?

  1. Click on the "Register" button to get a user account for Madison Virtual Campus.

    Once you register you never need to again (be sure to use your correct MMSD email address and only copy the letters and numbers when you are sent your validation code--no spaces).

  2. Click on "MMSD Professional Learning Catalog" and Login to view "courses."

  3. Find a course you want and click on the course name or “Detail.” Check the type of credit that is being offered, then click “Add to Cart.”

  4. Click "Check out." On the Checkout page choose the type of credit you are requesting. Not all courses offer credit.  Click the "Back" button to check the course details page to see what kind of credit is offered.

  5. Click "Continue" then click on "Checkout" again.

  6. If you want to order another course, click on the “MMSD Professional Learning Catalog” again.

Whenever you want to order a course in the future, all you will need to do is login to sign up for courses.
